The conference
The International Conference on Speech and Computer (SPECOM) is an interdisciplinary scientific event with a long tradition, the first SPECOM was held in St. Petersburg in 1996. Every year SPECOM attracts researchers, linguists and engineers working in the areas of speech science, speech technology, natural language processing, human-computer interaction, etc.
SPECOM is included in the "Top Computer Science Conferences" list of Guide2Research.

- Moscow State Linguistic University (MSLU, Moscow, Russia)
Submission of papers
Authors are invited to submit full papers of 8-12 pages formatted in the Springer LNCS style. Each paper will be reviewed by at least three independent reviewers (single-blind), and accepted papers will be presented either orally or as posters. Papers submitted to SPECOM 2021 must not be under review by any other conference or publication during the SPECOM review cycle, and must not be previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere. SPECOM Proceedings are published by Springer in the LNCS (LNAI) series.
